All the food that we offer at Hacienda Vieja is authentic — our chefs are born and raised in Jalisco, Mexico and have over 30 years of combined experience. Owners Raul Guitron and Salvador Lepe have over 30 years of combined experience and decided to open their own restaurant together in 2013.

We know our business
Both the Guitron and Lepe families have owned Mexican restaurants all over the United States, bringing authentic Mexican flavor everywhere.
The Guitrons have restaurants in Portland, Oregon and the Lepe family have restaurants in Iowa. They also own Casa de Oro with locations in Creston, Harlan, Jefferson, Perry and Adel.
